Guitarist, Jack Owen (Deicide, Ex-Cannibal Corpse) will be joining forces with Ohio Death Thrashers ESTUARY for the upcoming “Balkans Assassination Tour” taking place this October alongside Krisiun, INCANTATION and Inactive Messiah.

ESTUARY is a Brutal yet Melodic Death/Thrash Metal band from Cincinnati, Ohio. Forming in mid/late 2002, the band released its first 3 song demo-CD, Riding the Tides of Malice, with members Zdenka Prado(lead vocals), Jesse Wilson(drums), Brad Howard(guitar), & Ash Thomas(guitars/b.vocals), . Shortly after its release, the band’s line-up was solidified with the addition of Steve Eberl on bass.
In May of 2003 ESTUARY was approached by IBEX MOON RECORDS who offered to release their debut full length. The contract was signed, & the band was in the studio by the end of the year recording what would become “To Exist & Endure”. Released in June of 2004, “To Exist & Endure” has been met with a killer response throughout the worldwide Metal underground scene. The bands mix of Traditional Heavy Metal melody with Savage Death/Thrash Metal has sparked the interest of old school freaks & younger fans alike. ESTUARY built upon the success of “To Exist…” by playing various shows throughout 2004 & 2005, & in doing so has established them as a competent & vicious live act. 2005 also marked the bands first official US tour which in itself was a complete success, and the Spring of 2006 saw the band taking their Metal of Death overseas with a killer tour through France, Spain & Portugal with label mates Bloody Sign.
ESTUARY entered the studio on September 9th, 2006 to begin recording their second album entitled “The Craft of Contradiction” and created what is by far their best & most accomplished work to date. ESTUARY’s skill at mixing and molding traditional Thrash & Heavy Metal with the Immortal Force of Death Metal is in full form. Sonically, the album is an onslaught of Thrash tinged Death Metal laced with punishing melodies, sheer neck-breaking precision & jaw-dropping vocals of pure destruction. ESTUARY plays 100% no-bullshit THRASHING DEATH METAL with nothing but honest sincerity.
